How long will it take for my order to reach me?
As we maintain inventory of all products we sell on our mobile application, you can rest assured that product will be dispatched within 36 hours of placing your order. We aspire to get your product delivered at your doorstep within 7-10 days but at times owing to unforeseen circumstances and delays, deliveries can take slightly longer.

Is it possible to track my order?
As soon as you place your order, a confirmation mail will be sent to your inbox. Once the order is processed from our end and dispatched from our warehouse, we shall email you the details carrying your tracking number and the link to track your order. Alternatively, if you are a registered user, you can log into “My Account” section of the mobile application to view your order details.

What are the shipping charges?
It all depends on the products and their delivery location.

Do you ship to international locations?
Currently the products listed on our website are only delivered within India.

Do you offer cash on delivery?
If you are not comfortable making an online payment, then you can opt for the Cash on Delivery payment mode. With COD you can pay in cash at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep, with requiring you to make a minimum 30% advance payment online.
